Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened coffee products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days at info@designfuel.shop. We will gladly refund or replace any item that was mishandled in shipping or mis-packed.
How to File a Claim
1. Email your order number and photo of the damaged package to info@designfuel.shop.
2. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps for a replacement or refund.
